One of the things I liked about Ann...Thanks Adele.<br /><br />One of the things I liked about Anne Wood's interview on Desert Island Discs was that she said she wanted parents and children to have fun together with stories. She didn't want to make parents feel guilty or anxious - she wanted to them to enjoy themselves. And that's what is sometimes missing from all the initiatives around literacy and reading.
